These groups are meetings to share life experiences and wisdoms, in which each participant becomes a therapist of oneself through listening to other life stories.
All are jointly responsible for finding solutions to everyday challenges. The group facilitates people from letting out their good and bad skills and experiences from the inside out, and the therapist’s role is to assist in
expressing emotion and solving the problems presented.
